2. Data we process
- Identification and contact: email, name and, if the checkout asks for it, phone.
- Purchase data: products, amount, currency, country, date, coupon and order number.
- Payment data: received and processed directly by the payment provider; the store does not keep the card number.

3. Purposes and legal basis
- Managing the purchase (payment, delivery, access to My purchases and support): performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

- Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Reminding about an unfinished purchase by email: legitimate interest; every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Measurement and advertising with Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity in the browser: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), asked through the cookie banner before activating them in the EU and withdrawable at any time. The purchase event the store reports to Meta from its server (Conversions API, with hashed data) relies on the legitimate interest in measuring its ads; you can object.

5. International transfers
The controller is based in the United States and several providers process data outside the buyer's country. For EU data, GDPR safeguards are used: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework when the provider is certified, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (art. 46 GDPR).
6. Retention
Purchase data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the limitation periods of the applicable accounting, tax and consumer obligations. Data from an unfinished checkout stops being used for reminders after a few days. Cookies last as stated in the Cookie notice.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time (cookies, from “Cookie settings” in the footer). To exercise them, write to hello@visualguidelab.com stating the right and the purchase email. We answer within one month (art. 12 GDPR).
